Since our services are healthcare-related, once a service is provided, it is non-refundable.

2. Payment Errors

Refunds may be considered in case of:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment failure but amount deducted

3. Refund Process

• Customers must raise a request within 3–5 working days
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be credited via original payment method

4. Cancellation

• Appointment/service cancellation must be done before service initiation
• Eligible refunds will be processed accordingly
